I'm looking for some tips on good books to read. I like my authors to be concise or visionary. I love Kurt Vonnegut but I am not wild about Hemingway. I really enjoy John Updike but I didn't really enjoy Tolkien books much. As far as fantasy I liked R.A. Salvatore books. In another realm, I like David Sedaris and Victor LaValle.

I am increasingly pleased by all the R rated movies being released of late featuring lots and lots of penis. Previously I would have needed a drivers license to see this amount of foreskin.

First of all, I feel less like a sacred cow (a good thing). Quality breasts do make me smile, but in the back of my mind I've always felt like some sort of dietary sin. And it gives me a great point of reference which was previously limited to porno. My perceived endowment and my actual ego are way up now (no pun intended... really).

Speaking of which, I just saw "The Hangover". It was a heartwarming tale about a underpaid teacher with an undying love for education and his family, a dentist who just needs a little help coming out of his shell, and a retard-savant with a penchant for blackjack & song and dance, and their friend Doug. These four friends run into some bad luck and find their way through in gut wrenching fashion. Go see it, I would rate it a B+
